Hey! She bought me a wedding ring today. It'll be made over the next six weeks or so. It's a really interesting-looking ring made of platinum with a river of yellow gold flowing all around it. When it comes in, we'll put up a picture, to go along with the ones of Dori's ring.

In the same shopping trip today, I bought myself a telescope (the Meade ETX-70). I'm sure a shrink would have a field day with the juxtaposition of events. But it's something I've wanted to do since we moved to this place where you can actually see the sky at night, and it's something fun I'll be able to do with Sean (my 12 year old stepson).
